Washington University Covid Clinic in St Louis, MO?

I tried to go to Washington University Covid Clinic in St. Louis, MO. Biggest waste of time! They refused to assist with medication nor do they help with FMLA paperwork. I pretty much spent over an hour trying to get through my appointment only to be referrred for "Therapy".

My regular physician could refer me to Therapy. Wash U generally has a good reputation but the Covid Clinic is not helpful at all.

Has anyone else tried the Clinic and if so, what was your experience?
