Discontinue one at a time and if I were you I'd lower your taper substantially.
Why did the doctor put you back on Seroquel for a hurt arm? Was it for sleep?
Take care,
Jake

Gabapentin
For the arm
When you go to the arm is still bad head surgery had nerves put back together. My hand hurts.
Should I start tapering with the Klonopin first or the seriquel

They put me back on the medication because they did not know I was on it and I was in the hospital for 10 days Then I had the operation on the left arm and was on opiates I finally came to my senses and told them that I was on the other medication’s and they started them back up again except they started him at a very high dose 200 mg

@jrciers2
I'd finish the Klonopin but I'd taper slower.

Slowly like take my nighttime 1 mg and only take .5 mg in the morning
For a few weeks then take .5 at night and .5 in the morning a couple weeks later?

@jrciers2
I wouldn't cut it anywhere near 50%. You're increasing the probability of withdrawal symptoms.

Can I break the 1 mg tablet into four pieces .25 MG milligram do I need to get a scale to measure the pieces to make sure they’re correct
and taper slower .25mg
Less that would be 25% each day?

@ jrciers2
The best way to cut down would be to use a compounding pharmacy. Some insurance pays for compounded drugs others don't. some people can handle 25% cuts overs can’t.
