Want information on Lupus

I have Sojren Syndrome, last week I went to emergency room with chest pains and while I was there the Doctor there mentioned that on my chart it said that I have Lupus, I’ve never been Diagnosed with Lupus before, so I’m just wondering about the symptoms that lupus patient have.

Have you discussed your symptoms with your primary care doctor and asked about your chart saying you have Lupus but you've never been told you have that diagnosis?
