Vitamin K2-MK7
I take Vitamin K2 in the form of MK4 and MK7 for osteoporosis. I’ve noticed that when I take the MK7 my eyes tend to be less dry. I can find no research on this. Has anyone else experienced this?
I have found research about K2 and dental health.

I also Vitamin K2 with MK7 but have not noticed my eyes are less dry. I take the Vitamin K2 with MK7 as part of my supplements to help with my neuropathy. Here's some research on the vitamin.
"K2 as MK7 100 mcg - also known as menaquinone-7 (MK-7) is a form of vitamin K that has health-beneficial effects in osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, inflammation, cancer, Alzheimer's disease, diabetes and peripheral neuropathy"

This is amazing. I will ask my doctor about taking it,
@johnbishop
What dose of MK7 are you taking? I take 180 mcg, which is on the high side of dosing isn’t it?
The MK7 that I take in neuropathy supplements is 50 mcg morning and evening for a total of 100 mcg.
I am considering this vitamin and will check with my doctor first since I have TAA. My knee has issues and though it is not at a point for surgery (not a fan of that) Ism thinking of adding to my vitamin group.
Where are people buying K2 + MK7? I am taking K2 + D3 which is a real winner.
Consumer labs top pick brand is Bronson
I decided to remove the 1400 of D3 I currently take and substitute with K2+MK7. Sadly, even though I shared the information with the change in amount of D3 with my primary care doctor he was not sure if it would be a positive or not. To me it looks like a positive viable addition to my current vitamins along with my current TAA medications. I will request Vitamin D level blood test at my next physical in January. I hoping this will be a positive addition to my medications. Meanwhile my knee is always a work in progress so hopefully this will assist with some positive help for this senior (74).
