I take 180 mcg as well, but I take it for bone health, as recommended by a nutritionist years ago. That's not as high as some doses given in a study she cited that was done in China, where there were cases of osteoporosis that were practically reversed due to the MK-7.
@cpd54 What brand with no fillers or gmo’s comes in 180mcg?

The MK7 that I take in neuropathy supplements is 50 mcg morning and evening for a total of 100 mcg.
