Vitamin B12 levels increasing: What could be causing this?

My vit b12 keeps increasing from 1600 to 2000...anyone know what could be causing this...doctor said to keep monitoring

It’s possible to have low or high levels of vitamin B-12 without other health concerns. Most health conditions will have additional symptoms other than abnormal vitamin B-12 levels.

What led to your doctor testing your B12 levels? Were there other abnormal levels on your blood test?
