Thanks, Hank. I have both and use them nearly every day. I’m looking for something a little stronger. Let me know if you come across something like that. Steph
Thanks for the link, John. I’ve added it to my Amazon wish list. I will probably have the same result that you did, but I feel like I’ve got to try it… Will let you know how it goes. Steph P.S. I see where it will also give me a facial, so I won’t mind spending the money if it doesn’t work for my feet. 😉

2 ReactionsFor temporary relief of my handa heat seems to help. My son put some rice in an old T shirt twisting and cutting it to size. About 2 minutes inthe microwave gives 30 -40 minutes of relief. Also use Therabeads that are in something like a mitten. About 90 seconds gives half hour of relief, Found the Therabead mitten on Amazon

1 ReactionHello, just an FYI about microwaving a rice. We have some of those type of heaters that have different grains inside of them, and one of them caught fire recently and I think it might have been under 2 minutes. They say only do 30 minutes at a time, shake them around, then another 30 but I think a minute-and-a-half is the most they say. Boy it was pretty bad and Smokey and smells bad. Very scary! But that is what I use for my feet and hands as well as a heating pad for my hands and I couldn't be without them! Take good care, Sunny 😊
Just looking for suggestions on using a massager with/without heat. Been perusing them on Amazon and wondering if anyone has tried any of the many offerings.

1 Reaction@suzanne2 - I bought an inexpensive hot/cold Wahls massager on Amazon and still have it although I don't use it much. At the time I bought it, I thought it might help with the numbness in my feet and used it extensively every day for a few weeks but it really didn't help. It did make the feet feel a little better during the time I was using it. The one I got was an older version of this one - https://www.amazon.com/Electric-Massager-Relaxation-Professionals-04295-400/dp/B00MTKBH1U/ref=sr_1_5
@johnbishop Thanks, will check it out. I am looking for something to use on the upper back and shoulders. Was in an auto accident a number of years ago and still have pain in these areas, especially on the days I teach. I suffered whiplash and have a pinched nerve plus the fibromyalgia.
