Ventavis (iloprost)?

Is anyone here using Ventavis (iloprost) inhalant? All I can find is that it's a prostaglandin, a vasodilator used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension and that it's very expensive. But I also read that in at least one study, iloprost and misoprostol appeared to restore the regenerative potential of lung cells...
