Vaginal atrophy is usually hormone related and can be helped and maybe changed by BHRT/HRT, hyaluronic acid suppositories, probiotics (vaginal and oral).

Topical estradiol cream?
I find that I need a topical estrogen, progesterone and a vaginal estriol plus a hyaluronic acid suppository plus probiotics vaginally and orally to make a real difference.
After all we are battling time. 🙂
