@gravity3 66 and using estradiol cream now for 2 months. Not helping

@anitabanion I’m using estradiol but not helping, two months now! Very frustrated.

Topical estradiol cream?
I find that I need a topical estrogen, progesterone and a vaginal estriol plus a hyaluronic acid suppository plus probiotics vaginally and orally to make a real difference.
After all we are battling time. 🙂
What does your hormone test say?
