Vaccine-caused chest pains, fatigue, external tremors

This is for my partner - 34 male, healthy and active. No smoking and barely any drinking.

Timeline
2021 - covid vaccine (2 doses). After an unknown period of time he developed low grade chest pains and fatigue, he didn't think much of it so didn't go to the doctors.
2022 - symptoms continued to persist so went to the doctors, troponin levels sky high which freaked them out thinking he was about to have a heart attack. Got admitted to the cardiology ward for monitoring, no heart attack and troponin levels went down on its own. The doctors couldnt give him any diagnoses or confirmed cause of the issue, other than myocarditis at the time the troponin levels were outside of the normal range.
2023 and 2024 - continued to have low-medium grade chest pains but went through life generally normal. He felt he had a worsened immune system, getting sick more often than he ever used to with more significant chest pains during viral illnesses, gradually improving afterwards.
2025 - chest pains reduced, basically went away and no symptoms for about a full year. Still felt some lowered immunity however.

April 2026 - got a covid vaccine booster, then just over a week later began to feel fatigued. A couple days after the chest pains came back in full force like the first event. Took time off work for 3 days to rest with partial work later in the week. On that weekend (15 days after vaccine) began to get hand tremors and hot flashes, which prompted a hospital trip just in case and to get some tests done. Troponin levels normal, ECG results normal, ultrasound view of the heart normal (healthy amount of muscle and working well) so there was no medical reason for his chest pains, fatigue and other symptoms.

Its been about 21 days since the vaccine and things haven't gotten better. If his work was being at least a little understanding we might be waiting it out quite calmly, hoping things will resolve themselves like last time. However his work is not being understanding and actually really adding to mental stress and anxiety, which in turn I'm sure is not helping the physical symptoms.
What started out as hand tremors only on the right hand has progressed to more tremors across the right hand side of the body with occasional tremor affecting the neck/head which presents itself similar to a tic. He never had the tremor symptoms before, other than when a dr recommended a trial run of steroids and he said he had the same type of shakes during the steroids.

I understand this is a bit different to long covid, as he doesn't know if he's actually contracted covid. However since the current event began we are quite sure that the issues have been caused by the vaccines, and also aware of myocarditis reports in young men from covid vaccines.
FYI we're very pro vaccine - I've had at least 4 covid vaccines (was an essential worker in 2020) with no side effects or issues, and have been getting annual flu vaccines for as long as I can remember. We are trying to avoid a lot of the vaccine injury chat groups because there are some serious anti-vax nutcases in those groups.

The lack of evidence in the form of test result numbers that do not align with the physiological symptoms being felt, seem similar to what long covid haulers are dealing with. The unexplained chest pains, fatigue and also the presence of external tremors seem to match up with many of the long covid experiences. If anyone else has had similar experience from vaccines or even just any advice on managing these symptoms in general, would be really appreciated.

That is really hard. So many things surrounding Covid are hard to figure out. Many of your symptoms are similar to mine after a bad case of Covid. Trying to find answers is SO frustrating .

I took the spikevac one afternoon. 12 hours later I started shaking all over. It really scared me. It felt like Parkinson. It continued for an hour. I finally went to sleep, when I woke up I was fine. I will never take another covid shot. I have had all the covid shots, but no more. Good luck. I wish you well.

I have read those symptoms connected to long covid, also that it has a lot of cross over symptoms as Parkinson and so doctor's need to dig deep to sort these things out. Past and present bloodwork is helping.

Yale Medicine has done some research which says that tremors and internal vibrations are recognized as neurological symptoms of long covid often described as an internal buzzing or shaking sensation without visible movement, and they said that neurological complication following covid infection reported new onset Parkinsonism which can include visible resting tremors.

I have researched a lot for two different friends of mine who have similar issues; and we now know that both covid and the covid vaccine, have left us with many illnesses, neurological included, and heart, and lung, and diabetes folks didn't have before, too many for me to list. It affected thyroid too, which helps so many things in our system!

I am attaching some LDN guides from LDN Research Trust; they may provide some insight for you. I've had a shortness of breath and muscle and joint aches and pains that I did not have prior to getting covid one time and they have totally dissappeared taking the LDN.

I take it at night time; next morning after taking the first one, I felt amazing, and still do, and in the first week of taking it, the shortness of breath that I had had that my doctors couldn't figure out, dissappeared, as have the muscle and joint pains. My sinus have also cleared up. I started at 1.5 mg and now at 3.0; having gone up .05 each month.
They are using LDN to treat covid, (long covid) post acute sequelae of Covid 19 (PACS) . I was told to get it at a compounding pharmacy, so I found one, then had to sort out which filler to use as some interfere with the effectiveness of the medication. So, I get the smallest capsule and I use the lactose filler, but there are others; one I have heard NOT to use is calcium carbonate but the pharmacists should know that stuff.

I have noticed with recent bloodwork that 3 sets of my bloodwork numbers that had gotten bad, have rebounded back to good, so I do believe it is healing to our immune system as they say.

Hope this helps some.

Try googling "comprehensive list of illnesses acquired via covid" and I have gotten a pretty good list from that; it is shocking.

I'm so sorry to hear this! I got my first Covid vaccine in June of 2021. About two weeks later I started developing mild to moderate chest pain and shortness of breath. To make a very long story short, I ended up at Mayo Clinic in May of 2022 (almost a year later) and was diagnosed with severe microvascular endothelial dysfunction, almost certainly caused by the vaccine. What that means is that the endothelium - the lining of my microvessels (the tiny arteries, all over my body, not just in my heart) - does not respond correctly to the chemicals that are supposed to open them up - so they spasm shut rather than opening when they need to. Since my diagnosis I've found many people who have that our another similar condition called coronary vasospasms or vasospastic angina.

The diagnosis is not easy to get - many doctors think it is so rare that they don't believe any of their patients could have it. No test can diagnose it except a provocative angiogram with coronary reactivity testing, which most cardiologists don't do. It requires a specialist in these conditions (often called ANOCA - angina with non-obstructed coronary arteries - or INOCA - ischemia with non-obstructed coronary arteries) to get an accurate diagnosis and correct treatment. Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, Cedars-Sinai, and a few others in the US have specialists who deal with these. Search for the disorders on Facebook, or Google International Heart Spasms Alliance, and you'll find many with similar conditions, and lots more information including specialists in various countries.

Unfortunately both Covid and the vaccine have caused significantly more people to experience these issues. Thankfully they are being actively researched, and if you do some searching you should be able to get some support and help.

Hope this is helpful!
