Question about ultrasensitive PSA: Significance of low number?

I quick background on my journey. I’m stage 4a pT3b pn1.
I had an RP, 40 rounds of IMRT. I’m on Lupron for a year now and started Zytiga 3 months ago.

Idk where your getting that info but doses for scabies n ringworm start at 3 mg, but the higher doses needed to kill cancer ♋️ cells start at 40 mg. For example 220lb= 100 kg and at .4mg/ kg would b 40 mg. I personally took 48 mg for six doses n weigh220lbs with no side effects except a little constipation at the end that cleared a day after last dose. There’s a human study going on in Ecuador where the population couldn’t afford standard of care (soc) n had to find alternative meds. They tolerated ivermectin very well and were able to determine that to 660-860 mg was the toxic dose w diarrhea, vomiting rashes etc was the toxic dose, here’s an excerpt from it…
