Twitching in calves

Has anyone experienced this while taking Metoprol? I have been on a low dose (25mg/day) for about a year. A few months ago tingling began in one foot and now the other. Then the twitching began. Only at rest. Have seen a neurologist and had several tests but no answers. Thanks.
