TURP burning and pressure after 8 weeks?

I had TURP 8 weeks ago. Everything went well but ended with burning and perineum pressure. Dr is at a loss to explain. If i drive and then walk the burning flares up to a 8. Had Cystoscopy at 7.5 weeks, some debris in prostate, it was flushed out. Is this a case of super delayed healing ? Pelvic floor trauma?
