TRT therapy

Looking for people that may have some experience with TRT therapy and some knowledge . My TRT is currently low and my doctor wants to put me on the gel cream and I just have some concerns about the overall process. Just wanted to kind of touch base with some people who are currently going through the TRT therapy

I have been on about 4 years. Its been a big improvement for me. Blood work every 6 months. I apply the cream to my wrists every morning. I keep my testosterone level btwn 6-700. Any higher than that and I find my estradiol increases. I take an estrogen blocker called DIM. I have not had any other issues. I am 74.

Consider/research Enclomiphene. Works to stimulate FSH/LH release from the pituitary which acts on your Leydig cells in the testicle to produce your own T. Much more natural situation.
