Has anyone been prescribed the inhaler Trelegy for bronchiectasis and how do you think it is working for you?

Trelegy was recommended to me by my allergist recently. The pulmonologist calls the shots in the lung department, however, and has me on budesonide. I used to be on Albuterol and Flovent (separate inhalers) so compliance was sometimes an issue. Budesonide is easier to remember to take twice a day because it's albuterol and steroid together. Along with BE (bronchiectasis) I have asthma, so I need the steroid unfortunately. Have you seen the inhaler chart below? It might put things in perspective and help with the questions to ask.
Thanks for the chart and your reply
Hi @scoop2365
I have COPD with moderate to severe emphysema and Bronchiectasis for more than 10 years. Trelegy was prescribed for me as more effective than Advair in 2021.
MAC showed up in 2022 and of course the Big 3 were prescribed and I was encouraged to continue with the Trelegy. Hope this helps!
