Treatment for fissure pancreas leak after 11 months leaking

On August 9th 2025 a very sharp left side pain sent me to the ER.
CT scan showed adrenal gland tumor
12 cm in size
Had open adrenal gland surgery on August 14 th
Tumor removed with adrenal gland
Tumor was cancer
2 Pet Scan have been negative for return of cancer carcinoma
Developed a pancreas fissure leak in tail of pancreas
Over the last 11 months 6 drains
Infection after Infection
Septic
Spleen aneurism
On antibiotics 10 months
Pic line 3 months
Shots for pancreas 3 times a day for 3 months
At least 4 times stents put in resolve leak
Leak has not stopped
Fluid builds up
Drain
Repeat
Has anyone experienced this issue and what helped resolve this issue
