This post is not helpful. I am glad you found some help for your insomnia, but advertising a channel is not a solution to others who suffer this malady. Then when someone asks you to explain how you found help you wouldn’t answer. Sad.

I googled it. It’s bedtime stories.

I don’t think posts such as these should be allowed. There are like spam.

I was having Physical Therapy at my rural hospital and mentioned that I was having a terrible time shutting my brain off when trying to go to sleep. He told about this website and that I should try to listen to one of the bedtime stories on my phone while in bed. I did and the very first time it helped me shut off my brain and allowed me to fall asleep within minutes. I just say “whatever works”.

I can see why I don’t get on social media hardly ever! I can be hurtful. 😞

It’s free. No strings attached. I use it every night to shut off my brain from going through the days activities. It works for me.

I started listening to the podcast, and it seems it is targeted to help a person fall asleep, not so much to allow a person to get a full night's sleep, or a restful sleep without wake-ups in the middle of the night. Would have been helpful if you had mentioned that much.
