This is indeed great news! So happy for you.
How did you find an Eno who didn't push pharmaceuticals on you?

3 Reactionsshe suggested Reclast infusion (1 15 minute infusion), but considering results were good, find with waiting a year. To not let a doctor push pharmaceuticals you must educate yourself on alternative therapies and current drugs so you can make educated decisions. The hospital you go too also plays into your treatment, I go to NYP IN NYC.@squitirogloria

1 Reactiondon't know T-scores but in 11/2024 impression were that it was classified as osteoporosis, this year showed low bone density.
@kobebeef2026 That’s great! I get 1,200 mg of calcium every day with food, per my doc’s instruction.
I also take collagen daily, 5,000 IU VitD with K2, a multivitamin, 340 mg magnesium, zinc, and biotin.
My insurance hasn’t approved Tymlos yet, and I’m not pushing it. I only have to improve density in my lumbar spine (it’s at 3.0). I also walk daily, do resistance training every other day, and stay very active.
Well done! I hope I can have your gains too!

1 Reaction@kobebeef2026 I was wondering if you could share what brands of collagen and creatine you take. There are many companies making these supplements, and since supplements are not regulated by the FDA, I am searching for ones that are reliable. I figure yours are, since your DXA scores have improved!! Thank you in advance.
