Your results are encouraging! During last period have you ever interrupted your walks and strength training for several days (or a week) in order to travel or visit your family that lives in another city?

@melia7 I don't think a week off from exercise means anything. And, if you like, there are certainly simple body weight exercises that you can do in just a few minutes just so you're doing *something*. But, I wouldn't worry about a week off.

@melia7 When I was going through physical therapy for a frozen shoulder, I took a week off for vacation and it didn't hurt me at all! Understand that even though we're taking off time from exercising you're still getting exercise on vacation, etc., simply by walking around.

I have severe osteoporosis (Probably from chemo in 2004) and just finished a year of Evenity shots and one Reclast infusion. Improvement only about 5% but at least it didn't worsen.
In regards to Kobebeef.. I'm curious if your doctor recommended all those supplements or you just decided on your own...
