Tips on minimizing withdrawal symptoms from Effexor (aka Venlafaxine)
I have been taking Effexor/Venlafaxine for years and tried to get off it a few times but each time I try to give up the chemical withdrawal symptoms are a horror story and I give up giving up. Anyone got any tips or tried and tested strategies? Thank you

I’m not trying to counsel anyone. Just offering advice from personal experience and common sense. Why would you imply I’m trying to counsel people? Very insulted. What is your knowledge base other than you love Cbd oil?

I just wanted advice from people that have been through the same thing. I appreciate everything that you all have to offer. You can call it what you want. I'm not asking for qualifications other than someone who cares to give their opinion. By the way, what is CBD?

Mix all together in a blender or food processor for 2 minutes.
Store in a glass jar with lid.
Keep in refrigerator in summer, counter is ok the rest of the year.
I take 1 tsp 3 times a day.
.
Start with 1/2 tsp and when you start of feel things bothering you in your body, take another dose.
I also have Multiple Sclerosis so I use what I use, but probably more than you will need.
