In month 11. Was feeling better for about 2 1/2 weeks, then rash started and getting worse every day. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes I had a rash on torso week 8. It went away after a couple weeks. I didn’t address it because I had more severe symptoms at the time.

Thank you for your reply. I hope you’re feeling much better.

First I tried circular motions with a warm washcloth when bathing. Next I tried a bristly scrub brush with same motions. Then I tried the bristly scrub brush AND a body scrub that had sand like features. I also make sure to change my clothes and bathe often. While the rash isn’t totally gone, it’s now very minimal.

My 17yo daughter is in month 9 post-Covid and has been experiencing similar dry, rashy oatchs, mostly along her jawline and onto her neck.

Hey! Yes, I've had a full body rash (Petechiae, Purpura, Dermontitis) sparing the face come up just as my symptoms of the covid dispersed. It's been two months and I am still severely itchy. I haven't found anything to help other than ice packs in tea towels. Sending lots of love to you. I understand.

I’m so sorry that a little one is also subjected to the rash. I hope she’s all better very soon.

I’m so sorry you’re also experiencing this. I was also starting to think I would soon be free of long Covid after 12 months of it, now this rash appeared. It’s a mean, sneaky 🦠 virus. Mine seems to be getting worse every day. Did the same happen to you? I’ve been taking Claritin which works better with less side effects than Benadryl. If you don’t mind me asking, how many months into long Covid did your rash show up? Two months is a long time to be so itchy🥺

My rash appeared 10 1/2 months after having covid. Not that I haven't been experiencing other symptoms all along. This is just something new that popped up about 10 days ago. It's on my torso. Very itchy. So far the only treatment I've used is to put a soothing moisturizing cream on the affected areas. I do this multiple times during the day. I'm open to other suggestions.

Yes I’m in month 11 and have experienced many debilitating conditions, but other than a very mild rash when I first contracted Covid on 3/27/22, I have not had a rash at all. Mine also started about 10 days ago. This one flares up at will at all different times of the day and night. The tiny pimply rash is always there. All I can think of is that we must be a very comfortable place for the vile virus to live.
Sorry you’re itchy too!
Claritin gives me relief for a few hours. Light, very soft clothing helps me too. Good luck.
