Episode 214 (Out of the Long Covid Maze: How Lalita Found Her Way Back to Health) of the Long Covid Podcast talks a little bit about tinnitus. She says it was her last symptom to go away before she felt well. She said antihistamines helped it.

@quickstepper I take antihistamine. Doesn't work.

I think neurofeedback works for some to lessen tinnitus and again, like many treatments, doesnt work for everyone. More info on how it helps tinnitus on other sites
