Throbbing pain above right eyebrow

Posted by shelbigregory2006 @shelbigregory2006, Nov 16, 2025

I’ve been having this severe pain above my right eyebrow when I lean over and it last 5-10 minutes then goes away. It’s not constant though it’ll happen one day and then not happen for another 3weeks to a month and I’m not sure why it keep happening randomly. Does anyone know what this could be ?

Shelbi, there is a frontal sinus in that location. Pressure from that sinus failing to drain would increase when leaning over. If one of those nasal sprays like afrin make the headache go away, you'd know it was the sinus. But it may not be.
