Thriat constriction after nebulizing

After my nebulizing treatment of Ipratropium followed by 4 ml 3% Sodium Cloride, my throat feels like it’s being pulled shut from behind. This can last for 2 days and makes me want to quit the treatment. Anyone else experience this? I do not nebulize albuterol due to heart racing effects, nor do I take the antibiotics. For me, with MAC, it seems like the treatments are worse than the disease.
