Things I'm looking forward to again

So I've just started my journey again.. I had a bariatric by pass 20 years ago. Then in 2016 my surgeon reverses it as I had some issues with reassuring ulcers and a cyst. Well I've gained all my weight back and felt pretty hopeless up until about a month ago when I went to see a surgeon at Mayo for a hernia repair. She is willing to give me my life back and I've started the process to have my surgry redone.
Here are some of the things I am looking forward to again:
Beings bale to tie my shoes
Being able to sit in a booth at a restaurant
Being able to use the regular bathroom stalls
Being able to by off rack clothing
Being able to walk more than 100 yards
Playing with my Grandkids
Taking a trip
Fiting in a seat on the airplane
Being satisfied with a smaller meal
Enjoying my LIFE!!
Thank you Mayo ..thank you Doctor Harold!!

@nrosa0311, what an inspiring post. You've nailed the key to success by listing your motivations and your eye on the end game.

When is your surgery? Are you currently taking group classes?

I am taking classes and have appointments scheduled foe follow up with nutrition and phycologist and the exercise gal. Surgry hasn't been scheduled yet. I'm so excited but want to be a successful as possible so I'm happy to go through the process and receive all the support and so that I succeed!
I've joined groups online and so has my husband, he wasn't part of my life when I did this before so we knkw his education is just as important so he can be a good support for me.

The list you compiled of things you want to be able to do includes many of the items on my own list. It let me know that my list is not from fairy land and is part of realistic expectations. Bets of luck going foward.
