Temperature at 92 and turning blue/ purple
Our 2 year old has been having “episodes” where his temperature will randomly drop to 92/93/94 and his facial coloring will turn blueish/ purplish.
We have seen a Cardiologists and a Neurologist and have an appointment coming up with an Endocrinologist.
Has anyone experienced anything like this with their child? What’s happening to my baby? Where do I go and what do I do when the doctors don’t even know what to do???

@eguidry8789 because his vital signs are concerning and he sounds like he may be having oxygen issues, I would go immediately to an Emergency Department. According to this article, if your baby’s rectal temperature drops below 95°F (35°C), they’re considered to have hypothermia, per the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Do you have a way to get him to an ED to get his oxygen and body temperature examined?
It is definitely not normal for this to happen to your toddler- must be very scary.
What testing did the Cardiologist and Neurologist perform? I assume the specialized in Pediatrics?
How long do these episodes last?
What is the child doing when it happens?
Is this low temperature taken rectally?
