Tarlov Cyst on the spine: Any advice?
I have a large tarlov cyst 2.5cm and 3.5cm on the spine in the lumbar region. Some what rare and doctors seem to know little about and say they are nonproblematic. I'm having chronic pain. Any advise will be appreciated.

I have two tarlov in the same boat as a lot of us that have these cysts. Walking is good for me. But I @ 66 began having balance issues, pain when driving due to cysts being pushed on, when setting in vehicle. This messed up my shoulders because setting forward.
I now am getting nerves ablation. The first time it lasted 2 years. Time enough to find great physical therapy to work on balance and shoulder s. Then back to getting injections to see if they worked again before ablation.
I can not stand in one place for any time at all. Move forward , laying down. I do stretches for upper body. This does affect urinary and stool movement. For me.
Setting is done with pillow behind me in one chair. I can set of the floor.
We do and must push for research.
For pain try Theraworx, form at walmart it is magnesium. Love this.
Relax your muscles.
