Support Group?

I work full time as a caregiver to a dementia patient. The other 16 hours I take care of my 98 y.o. mom.

I have to lie and tell her I have dr appointments in order to leave the house without her...

I am looking for an in person support group to attend. I live in Mesa Az.. help?

I do not have the info you seek for in person, except to say that I have noticed that with this website there is also an online caregivers support group that meets frequently. I haven’t tried it yet, but that may help? Caregiver Support Group Meetings
