Have you asked your doctor about this yet? I have found that doctors are usually more than happy to address a patient's concerns and questions so I would urge you to do that first. I "googled" your question and found on the National Institute of Health's website that there are some explanations regarding terms in reports regarding heart function. However, your doctor is your best resource to answer specific questions about your report. Generally, a phone call or an email to your doctor is all that is needed to be reassured.
