Strange sensations.

I've been seizure-free since 2019, on Lamotrigine and Epidiolex. I get these rare random moments that are difficult to describe, a sensation. It feels like a scenario where in the past I might be on my way to a seizure, but I can feel the meds stopping it; like almost feeling the meds working. I've left a note with my epileptologist's staff to document it in MyChart, and there's been no indication that I should increase the dose. It doesn't feel like an aura, but some kind of subtle sensory thing that is really hard to describe. Anyone ever feel this?
