Storing Camzyos in a tropical country

I expect to travel to a tropical country in the next few weeks and wondering how best to store the Camzyos tablets.

Read somewhere that it should be kept under 77 Fahrenheit; but know that temps where I am visiting could be as high as 90 Fahrenheit.
