Stomach issues 15+ years go after mini Gastric Bypass

Hello everyone!
I am almost 16 years out from the Mini Gastric Bypass. Recently experiencing rapid fullness, bloating, nausea, and discomfort after eating a small amount. In many cases I vomit even up to 2 hours later.
Doctor treating me for GERD with a PPI. Monitoring what I eat carefully, focusing on ensuring I chew plenty and eat small bites very slowly.
Awaiting a referral to a Gastroenterologist.
Anyone experienced anything similar?
