@gazou89, I'm sorry to hear about your friend. To help me connect you with others with experience with a similar diagnosis, can you tell me what BEFA is? Or might it be a typo and it was supposed to be VEGFA (Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor A)?

What treatment is being recommended for your friend?
