Split appointments up?

Hi all! I’m visiting Mayo soon through Internal Med and curious if anyone has been able to split appointments up so that you do a few one week and then return a different week to complete the rest? I know they ideally try to have you complete everything in a week but it is becoming increasingly more difficult for me to plan a full week there (I’m about 4 hours away) with my job and current personal situation. Just curious on if there’s any flexibility with this because I really want/need to be seen there. Thanks all!

Welcome to Mayo Connect. You are asking the opposite what most patient ask for but you have a valid reason. Scheduling appointments will vary depending availability and also the sequence of appointments.

I suggest you check your portal appointment schedule and see if there is a contact phone number or call central appointment number for the Mayo location you plan on visiting. The numbers are listed on this page: http://mayocl.in/1mtmR63

@kpetey213, just want to check in. Were you able to contact the appointment office to arrange your appointments to suit your schedule?
