Spiriva problems

Has anyone on Spiriva experienced stomach issues ? I am trying so hard to take it but after 2 days I start with the stomach cramping . Breztri is having the same effect . I know I have a low drug tolerance but this is getting frustrating. I need the inhalers but I dont know if I can handle this anymore .

No problem or side effect with either Spiriva or Bretzi.

I’m so sorry you have a low tolerance to medications. Ask your Doctor if there is something you could eat or drink before taking your medication to help lesson your stomach issues.

Maybe ask about trying Trelegy or Yupelri? Trelegy is a 3-in-1 combo inhaler. Yupelri is a different formulation that is supposed to replace Spiriva. It’s via nebulizer only.

Ok thanks, I'll ask my doc about trelegy . I dont use a nebulizer.
