Something is prolapsed!

I began noticing a fullness is my vagina, like a loaded tampon. During bathing, I found a smooth-surfaced object descended into the vagina. I can push it up a bit and have no more sensation of it. I called several gynecologists and they said they don’t treat prolapses. What should I do now?

I had the beginning of a bladder Prolapse so my GP recommended a pelvic floor physiotherapist whose specialty was prolapse. That was 3 years ago and it made such a difference. It was an 18 month wait to see the urogynecologist.
The PT helped me so I don’t need surgery

@knf I’m glad therapy helped you. I’m doing Kegels but don’t know whether it helps.

@pierwell I was doing Kegels but was doing them all wrong according to the Pelvic PT. Apparently I had been doing them wrong for 20+

I’m in a city and found several urogynecology clinics via Google.

It seems very unusual that they would tell you that. Where do you live? Every gyn doctor and nurse practitioner I've talked to has suggested I start with being fitted for a pessary. Be persistent. Get your PCP to refer you to someone.
