Slight catch in my breathing

Late 60’s male, reasonably fit. I have afib but episodes are infrequent. Resting heart rate ok (50’s and 60’s) and BP mildly elevated (130’s over 70’s).

I have a puzzling and weird symptom. I frequently can feel my heart beating and also have what I can only describe as a minute catch in my breathing. Wonder if this is my heartbeat physically impacting my esophagus.

Anybody else ever have this experience? Any thoughts? Thanks.
