Sleeping problems caused by meds?

Could the melatonin, Gabapentin and Tylenol I'm taking to help me sleep actually be causing me insomnia with whole-body spasms, aches and pain??

@winjki just type the drug name into a search engine and select one of the entries and then look for side effects. It’s all available online.

I'm now suspecting Amlodipine (blood pressure), and have cut my tiny bedtime pill in half. Anyone else here taking this at bedtime?

@grrranny - have you gotten to talk to the doctor who prescribed the amlodipine to see if he or she would also suspect this medication in your sleeping problems and talk about the dose adjustment? If so, what did they say?

Will do, but beginning to think it doesn’t matter. Magnesium has been helping. whether or not I take the Amlodipine makes no discernible difference.
