Sleeping position

This sounds silly. When lying down to sleep, if I lay my left side, I cough like crazy. But if I lay on my right side, nothing and I can sleep.
Anyone else?

@hdwoman Yep, I have the same. However, I have COPD but also MAC and my left upper lobe is completely collapsed and has a 6cm x 3.9cm cavity so I thought that was the reason but maybe not?

Hi Mary, I also have a cavity of the same size. What treatment are you undergoing? I also have BPCO and MAC.
