Significance of persistent Positive Binax Now test

So I'm an employee at a facility with immune compromised patients. I'm at Day#10, and still test positive on Binax Now.

CDC says HCW can return after 5 days, just wear a mask. However it appears that I would still be contagious and a risk to patients.

Hoping another HCW can shed insight on this. Does a Positive Ag at Day #10 mean I am contagious?
