2 ReactionsDid you have any treatment to end up with six consecutive clear tests?
@neurodoc , I'm not sure if you saw the question from @jaxfl. Did you have treatment for bladder cancer? How often are you tested?
Update. I had nivo #10 on 2025-12-19. On 2025-12-18 I had a CT (clean) and MRI. The MRI noted one right distal external iliac node that had grown 6mm. Plus urostomy inflammation + edema. This scared me of course. The radiologist was measured. She noted no aberrant features (borders, fatty center and such). She only stated: 1) correlate with marker (signatera) and 2) inspect urostomy for inflammation (I had a nasty spot that is resolving). Today, after yesterday's biopsy, it was ruled benign and inflammatory. I was very fearful of recurrence so this is a huge relief. No signatera 2025-12-18 which is odd. Hopefully again this month. Wash (cytology) and clean catch + appointment with surgeon MD this Thursday.

3 ReactionsFront door cytology was clear. Stoma cytology was atypical but great news according to resident.
Lost 25LBS since 2025-12 due to loss of appetite. Nivo side effect.
Monocytes dropped off the cliff.
Had to bloodwork a second time. They forgot to put in signatera.
Nivo #11 in progress.

1 ReactionI have had great success. It identified that my cancer had returned before it showed up in the scans. I get it done every 6 weeks.

7 ReactionsI’ve had several Signatera tests over the past two years. All came back clean - no cancer DNA in my blood. I also have regular cystoscopies and CT scans with contrast. All are likewise clear. As long as these results continue, my doctors will continue to monitor me and consider me cancer free.

2 Reactions@nancic , my experience has been the same. In my case, original ct scans never showed that the cancer was locally advanced outside of the bladder. I switched from a NJ community hospital after a Turbt and a second opinion. My new team of doctors at a major NY teaching hospital made that determination. I have been a Signatera “fan” ever since. When my high risk/ aggressive cancer returned this spring after being undetectable for 1 year , it again was too small to show on a CT scan. My oncologist ordered a pet scan and started chemo again achieving another full response after 4 cycles. So far so good with latest Signatera on Jan 8 still undetectable.
