Side effects of tremor medication Topiramate

Good morning. I have been to two neurologists who after multiple tests believed I had the onset of Parkinson’s. The final doctor ordered a DatScan and brain MRI which showed no sign of Parkinson’s. He mentioned he was shocked at the results and was most certain I had it. I still have unexplained tremors which are being treated with Topiramate which has somewhat decreased the tremors but the side effects of the medications make it questionable as to whether it’s worth it. I am constantly walking around achy, lethargic and it’s taking its toll on my stomach. I recently talked to a woman who is working with a homeopathic neurologist who has a natural approach, does anyone have any thoughts or comments?
