Sexual dysfunction from short term amitriptyline use

I used 10mg of amitriptyline due to chronic pain, i stopped it 2.5 months ago and i have sexyal dysfunction symptoms, the symptoms only appeared during discontinuation, is this pssd?

I used 10mg amitriptyline for a month, I had no sexual side effects while on the medication, but as soon as I stopped i started experiencing sexual dysfunction symptoms such as reduced sensitivity and weak orgasms, its been 3 months since I stopped and still not back to normal, i am very worried and concerned
