@lotsofpain that looks so painful! I commend you for getting outside and walking around! I can only offer support but know that everyone in this group genuinely cares for one another.
thank you that is not actually me in the picture though its very like i am
@lotsofpain sometimes inactivity can be more harmful for us than injuries.
You mentioned you were told your poor posture was muscular in nature.
I'm wondering if your provider ever mentioned physical therapy for your posture?

Oh yes have had loads of physical therapy
Oh you poor thing have you tried getting in the water hydrotherapy, it can loosen the muscles and the warmth of the water soothes the pain
i was in the middle of a course of hydrotherapy when covid 19 sht everything down now they are still not really open
Hello lotsofpain, I am Sunnyflower. My heart is so heavy reading about your situation. My concern about your bending over so much is that your lung capacity ability to fully expand. Are you in physical therapy of any kind to help prevent a problem w/ your lungs? If not, I think it prudent that you ask your PCP for a referral and try to begin ASAP. I have not read your discussions w/ others so my opinion may be a repeat. Many blessings and prayers for relief, Sunnyflower
Oh my gracious, that is a huge bummer! Are there any alternatives for you during this time until you can get back into the hydrotherapy? If you have not checked that out it would probably be a wise thing to do. Take good care of yourself, Sunny flower
Im waiting for a left hip replacement have already had the right one one replaced the concern is weather that extra mobility that will give me will be enough to lengthen the muscles that are pulling me forward
Oh you dear soul! Another major surgery. How did you fare with your first? Please know that I am upholding you in prayer, Sunnyflower 🙏😊
The initial recovery period was hard the eventual outcome was excellent
