Service dog

Hello
I am new here. My husband is preparing for a bone marrow transplant. He has Myelodydysplastic syndrome and begins chemo this week at Stanford in Palo Alto CA.
After the transplant i will be staying with him for about 100 days in somewhere near the hospital as we live about 2 hours away which could be 4 in traffic

I am hoping to bring my mobility assistance service dog Theo is also a registered Therapy dog who passes a health verification each year and he regularly visits hospitals. He has lived in our home for 4 years, since he was 12 weeks old. Will I be able to bring him?
