Second Opinion

I'm interested in getting a second opinion from the medical staff at Mayo and would like to get assistance in getting this process started.
Who would I need to contact?

It will take you to the Mayo Clinic main page where you’ll see phone numbers for each of the 3 campuses in the United States. Rochester Minnesota, Jacksonville, Florida and Phoenix, Arizona.
Select the location you’d prefer and make the call! The coordinator who takes your call will ask for your information and start the process. You can expect a return call usually within 3 Business days.

You don’t need to have a doctor’s referral but I’ve heard that it can help in assisting with an appointment.
