SCAM alert for Neuropathy treatment
Why is it legal for AI created videos to sell products for neuropathy supposedly endorsed by Dr. Phil, Dr. Oz and others? I always check to see if they are scams and so many are. Not sure why they are not prosecuted and put out of business.

1 Reaction@royt500 Welcome to Connect! Have you been diagnosed with neuropathy? What information are you looking for?
Just remember, unless you have. An identifiable cause for your particular type of neuropathy, like a vitamin deficiency, there is NO CURE for neuropathy.

@ubkool38 When we are in severe pain, we will try almost anything that looks promising. I "almost" always do an online search of these scams. This will give me the skinny on such products. Early on I got scammed by a website selling some kind of nerve aid that was a miracle cure for neuropathy. Like your ad, this one was hyped by Clint Eastwood and Mr. Wonderful from Shark Tank. Hey, these guys wouldn't lie, so I ordered the larger-sized bottle. I paid with my trusty credit card. Soon, I received a notice from the credit card company asking if I had made the order. Yes! Absolutely! Just to be safe I did an online search. Guess what? A total scam! I had to immediately cancel the credit card. Then, I spent what seemed an hour. making the requisite changes on the account. I don't even look at any ads claiming to show something relating to neuropathy.

3 ReactionsHas anyone out there tried this patch for pain. It looks sort of like Salonpas but it has no medication in it. Instead it has what looks like a bunch of tiny wires crisscrossing through it. It is supposedly reusable for multiple uses. Oh, here it is: "Kalio Flex Natural Pain relief patch". Many different sizes and prices. 3.2/5 stars. Anyone have experience with this or any cousins? Thanks..
@jdm0129 só, now that you know the cause, are you being treated for it and if so, is it helping your neuropathy?
I am getting diagnosed on the type of amyloidosis (AL or ATTR). Once they knownthe type, i will get treatment. Hopefully know by the end of this week

1 ReactionI absolutely agree, what type of person exploits the weak and vulnerable. Hasanyone in the group been scammed, I certainly have. How can the group devise a method to warn our members of all the scams they come across. It might deter some of the scammers. There are some genuinely clever people out there that have been researching this problem for years. The knowledge that must have been accumulated I guess is vast. Come on lads let’s start helping each other
