Right breast light pain

I am 43 next month getting married.Alreadyhave an issue of PCOS.Irregular periods.Before periods usually for a week for 15 days i feel breast and nipple pain but with start of period it goes away.mostly it follows the same routine.but first time pain is in right breast only .self evaluated no lump and cant locat exact position.feel discomfort when i lye down
