Right anterior thoracotomy for aneurysm and valve replacement

Has someone used the right anterior thoracotomy procedure to simultaneously replaced a regurgitating aortic valve and an ascending aortic aneurysm? I am 80 yo. If so, who was the surgeon and his location? Thank you.
